Neome is a startup that was in the process of development when we started working with them. The main objective for Neome was launching onto the USA market, which they defined as the main one for the app.
Applica has successfully launched a few startups, so their expertise was a fit. Neome faced challenges with deciding on the pre-launch phase activities, user acquisition, and product design.
Solution
1. Planning
To reach maximum effectiveness, Applica performed three audits. The first one involved the Product & Design Team: they analyzed the inside of the app, its onboarding structure, and its features. As a result, they developed a new Neome onboarding structure and advised on the feature development.
The second and third audits were performed by the Paid Acquisition and the ASO Teams and were focused on the audience & its avatars, Google Play & App Store performance.
2. Execution
To check the marketing and product metrics, Applica assisted Neome in soft launching in Tier 3 countries. The Teams made the necessary improvements and performed the USA market launch.
Results
After conducting an aso audit and an app growth audit, Neome and Applica performed soft launches in Tier 3 countries. The results helped them adapt the app growth strategy for optimal mobile growth. The self care app USA market launch was successful with the App Store click rate of ~30%, the ad banners click-through rate of ~2,5%, and the CPI of ~ $2.
The launch and Applica's guidance helped Neome understand its product-market fit, find its bottlenecks, improve its product and scale further.
